Resco reveals Partner Awards 2020 winners and finalists

These annual awards recognize companies demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of solutions built on Resco technology. This year, Resco acknowledged partners in 3 categories: Partner of the Year, Innovation Partner of the Year, and Breakthrough Partner of the Year.

Partner of the Year: ORBIS

Partner of the Year is the most prestigious award that went out to Resco’s top global partner, considering the number and size of successfully implemented Resco projects. It also places high emphasis on customer retention and satisfaction.

ORBIS has been a top-performing Resco partner, constantly delivering successful enterprise mobility implementations based in the DACH region and has now won this award for the second time in a row.

The runner-up finalists in the Partner of the Year 2020 category:

Innovation Partner of the Year: Avanade

The Innovation Partner of the Year award recognized a partner that demonstrated excellence in implementing innovative customer solutions utilizing Resco technology.

Avanade is the leading provider of innovative digital cloud services, business solutions, and design-led experiences, with unrivalled wealth of experience across the Microsoft ecosystem. What made their winning Resco project stand out was:

  • Pushing Resco technology to its limits and even extending its capabilities
  • Creative problem-solving of complex customer needs on the side of the implementation team
  • The implementation was a success, with great feedback from the customer

The runner-up finalists in the Innovation Partner of the Year 2020 category:

Breakthrough Partner of the Year: Rimrock Corporation

This award recognized a partner that emerged and expanded their partnership with Resco over the last year – recognizing successful customer projects, remarkable business growth and exceptional customer satisfaction. Certifications completed in Resco Academy and the demonstrated expertise were have also been an important factor.

Rimrock Corporation has been working with Resco technology for the past eight years and they used their extensive know-how to build two vertical solutions on top of the Resco platform – FIELDBOSS and Elevator 365. This year, they also adopted Resco Inspections, creating a range of ready-made inspection templates for their customers in the elevator manufacturing & maintenance sector.

The runner-up finalists of the Breakthrough Partner of the Year 2020 category:
