The American edition of the resco.next conference is now behind us. And we’d like to wholeheartedly thank all participating partners, customers, and guest speakers who helped to make it a thought-provoking event once again.
80 attendees from 37 companies and 3 different continents enjoyed 25 insightful sessions and countless discussions in an informal atmosphere over two days in Atlanta, GA.
This edition also extensively focused on field service with a stellar lineup of guest speakers – led by Ben Vollmer, Microsoft‘s Global Lead for Dynamics 365 Field Service. The conference also featured presentations by Dynamics MVPs Rick McCutcheon, Gus Gonzales, Scott LeFante and Shawn Tabor, as well as panel discussions with Resco customers and partners sharing their experiences firsthand.
We hope you enjoyed learning further about Resco’s solutions, discovering our upcoming products, and exploring the latest industry developments and the hottest trends in business mobility – as shown in the event feedback that we received:
On helping new users to the ecosystem: “I’m new to Resco in general, so I found these sessions very informative.”
On connecting customers with partners: “The technical track is useful even if more advanced than my current understanding. The sessions are thought-provoking and when limited by in-house ability, they show what’s possible and we can then find a partner resource to assist as needed.”
On expanding the horizons of experienced CRM professionals: “It was a great conference and I was blown away with the comprehensive package of capabilities that Resco is delivering.”
And just as you’ve learned from us (hopefully :), we’ve learned lots from you – all of your feedback and suggestions keep us motivated and determined to develop Resco products, the ecosystem, and community ever further.
What’s next then? Make sure to get ready for the next edition of Resco Next. We’re already hard at work to make the conference even better, so keep an eye on the official event website.
