Resco introduces new app development platform with support for Microsoft Azure

Amsterdam, The Netherlands – October 25, 2017 – Resco, creator of the market-favorite Resco Mobile CRM client for Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, today announced support for Microsoft Azure at its annual resco.next conference in Amsterdam.

The Resco Cloud platform running on Azure will offer companies the ability to effectively manage enterprise data and develop mobile applications that can be easily integrated with a variety of CRM, ERP, and other business systems.

This step will enable partners to create solutions based on Resco’s technology for an even wider spectrum of customers.

While most of our Mobile CRM projects have been focused on sales or field service scenarios, every customer has quite specific requirements for the final mobile app functionality. So, over time we had to come up with quite a robust development platform that would allow our partners to perform complex customizations to fully satisfy customer needs – often reaching far beyond standard mobile CRM requirements,” Radomir Vozar, CEO at Resco noted

.

With the demand for cross-platform business apps rapidly growing, Resco partners can take advantage of Resco Cloud and design apps which are easy to customize, maintain and integrate with third-party solutions. Running it on Azure enables customers – businesses, governments, non-profits, and any other organization – to cut expenses tied with maintaining a server, storage, and networking infrastructures. And with cloud computing at the heart of Microsoft’s long-term strategy, solutions running on Azure can be effectively bundled with further Azure-supported offerings.

Resco is known around the world for enabling companies to work with their business data anywhere, anytime. Through providing our technology on Azure, we can also help customers maximize their cloud investments and realize the benefits of speed, agility, and lower costs – while creating tailor-made apps even for one-of-a-kind business scenarios.” said the company’s CEO, Radomir Vozar.

Additionally – over the course of the resco.next conference – Resco also plans to unveil the first of many standalone products developed on the platform, focusing on maps and route planning, public services, and inspections use cases.
